The Flying Horse Realty Commercial Group was founded to fill a particular niche in the Colorado Springs real estate market. While other, larger firms spread their resources across the entire Pikes Peak Region, our Commercial Group brokers concentrate their efforts in the northern commercial sub-markets. Our brokers have more than 50 years of combined experience in the local commercial and community-development markets, with extensive sales, valuation, development and project management experience throughout Colorado Springs and within several premier master-planned communities, from the Broadmoor to Flying Horse. Our brokers understand that different sales / leasing strategies must be implemented according to specific market and sub-market variables, and are experts at positioning and marketing properties to specific target markets. And no firm, regardless of size, understands the northern commercial markets better than we do.
Personalized Service
The larger brokerage houses typically have dozens of listings of each property type (retail, industrial, office, etc.), making it difficult to provide a high level of service for each property. We, on the other hand, purposely limit our listing inventory to ensure that each property receives intensive and personal attention to detail in developing and implementing marketing/sales/leasing strategies that provide the very best opportunity for success. We also act as buyer/tenant agents in finding properties for sale or for lease that meet our client’s search criteria.
